Its damn easy, just keep an eye on the end pieces, they will fall off when you remove it, but they only go in one way so you cant mix them up.

The bolts also had evidence of some sort threadlock on them so I put a dab of blue loctite on each of the bolts as I reinstalled them.

Did my glovebox blendor also, fixed the temps. Then a little while after controls locked into panel only. Changed lower driverside/pedal blendor but didn't do anything. Anybody have any suggestions? Have a feeling the actual heater module might be going. Can here a slight buzzing sound in the cold temps. And probably unrelated but usb shuffle no longer works.

What do you mean panel only? Auto no worky? Could be control unit, but could also be battery, how old is it?

Where and what is the 3rd blendor? Makuloco youtube does a change on an older one but didn't seem to match up.
So top one is passenger temp blend, bottom one is driver temp blend, and left one (near skinny pedal) is floor/vent/defrost I believe. Yes there’s one Makuloko I’ve seen that covers the top one, albeit on a different flavor F150...

Finally got started on my LCA reinforcement install (against doctor's best wishes if I'm being honest). Prepped parts and got them tacked in and about 95% burned in on the passenger side before I called it a night.

Not being able to bend part of one hand makes welding a lot more tedious than I remember!
