Rear slider means rear glass replacement if you want it to function. Easy to DIY if your into it. Blend door is doable on your own as well, covered in depth on this forum. Shocks will need rebuild soon.

None of these would turn me away from buying a truck. Especially not a Raptor.

window was fixed. Switch I believe.

I think I’ll have the blend door actuator to do. I’m pretty good mechanically, but hate electrical connectors. It’s not my only vehicle, so I’ll probably tackle this job.

shocks and HID lights are at top of my list. I’ll drive it a bit before spending $$ on upgrading over maintenance.

Now to find a transport company. I have a line on a couple. Hope to have this Raptor back home here in a couple weeks.

Surface rust is pretty easy to knock off. I did this a couple years ago.

I get under the truck and hit up the surface rust with a wire wheel and some rattle can flat black a few times a year. Its enough prevention alongside fluid film to make me feel all warm and fuzzy that it won't rust to shit in the next 5 years.

Of course not living in a Rust Belt state helps.
