Makes sence...thank you for heads upJust a heads up... decent bolt cutters will go through those cable locks like butter. I had $10,000 worth of fancy mountain bikes disappear on me and they were locked with a heavier cable than that. I would use heavy chain wrapped in garden hose to protect the wheels if I were you.
Bed bolts and the top part is just plastic cap to keep moisture outHow does that mount to the bed bolts? Is that just a plastic cap over the hole?
Rick, we backed out four bed bolts, and used new ones, the top part you are referring to is just a plastic cap to keep the moisture outHow does that mount to the bed bolts? Is that just a plastic cap over the hole?
Fixed it...thank you for heads up...went with Vulcan hardened chain and their forged lock. $194 well spent. 9' of chain with the lock weight about 15lbs..lol Vulcan advertise this setup as impossible to defeat with hand cutters or even get the cutters in position to cut due to the hardened chain link design....Just a heads up... decent bolt cutters will go through those cable locks like butter.
