Thanks! I left it loose so that it would not induce bending in the shaft of the clamps and with the thought that if one were to pop loose it would have some room to dissipate energy prior to it pulling the strap tight. Only thing it didn’t help with is if the claw on the compressor would fail.

I’m sure there were safer ways, but with the 4 clamps it wasn’t too bad. Also I used clamps for 3/4” dia. coils which helped with the bending in the shaft of the clamp.

I would use them again but I wouldn’t turn down a wall mounted one if I had it.

Also I have not seen red green in forever.
