How did the install go on these? 1 for 1 swap? My rear ones are faded and yellowed, so I'm interested in swapping front and back.
the install was super easy, my friend came out and installed them. 1 for 1....:)have a hard time finding low output red A series. huge back order and no one seems to have them... try carid for the amber fronts

Checked the JLT oil separator. 2,800 miles since last check. The can was full up to the threads. After dumping the oil, noticed there was a bit of crud in the bottom. The driver side can was and always has been bone dry. Don't need one on that side.

Let me rephrase that, did the lights already come with applicable plugs, or did your friend have to come out and solder new leads and such onto it? I'm looking at the ease of installation.

I emptied mine at 2,500 miles last week, and I think I had about 1/2 that amount (NA - 55k miles). I find that the truck fills it every 5,000 miles in warm weather, and about every 1,500 during the bitter cold months (a lot of water - so looks milky).

The residue looks pretty normal. As long as there are no metal flakes in it, you're fine.

How do you drive? If you enjoy spirited pulls, you will fill the can faster.
