Installed the pop'n'lock, and was not impressed:

1) Required washers as standoffs from the main mechanism that were not included
2) Did not unlock the lock correctly, I had to shim the unlock side of the actuator so that it would push the lock mechanism far enough
3) Installation instructions were lacking when it came to wiring.
4) Wiring was not wrapped in protective tube as per the product pictures, just plain cable, looked like it was similar to trailer electric brake cable.

Now it is all installed it seems to be working ok, but these left a little sour taste in my mouth considering the cost.

Now waiting on the mounts for my new lights to arrive.

Thanks for being honest about it, I WAS considering one but now I'm quite skeptical

This much work and no pics of the glossy sex sitting in your driveway?!?!

Sent from two Dixie cups and a piece of bailing twine.

I'm happy with my pop & lock now that it's done. I agree the instructions suck! The thread on FRF regarding the install helped me tremendously. I called tech support before searching the forum, left a message and they never returned my call. Mine had the washers but didn't have to use them. No rubbing at all. (The lock that is)
