What did u do to your raptor today?

Total length with bend on resonator looks to be 28". Nothing pretty for the dump. Still invisible and the nasty exhaust sound is still there.

is that an aftermarket exhaust with a branch resonator? you should really move it closer to the motor if you want it to work better, also resonators arent one size fits all. make it adjustable so you can tune it for the sound you want.

good luck, i love the sound of the stock raptor idk why anyone messes with it.

That looks perfect. Just did some research and I didnt even really know that a helmholtz was a thing until you mentioned it. Im going to order a ~26" and replace the mbrp muffler with a larger magnaflow to bring the volume down a little

Ya that's a Helmholtz j pipe welded in before that little dinky mbrp inline resonator. I used a drawing Yukon Joe had in an old thread and that length worked for me.

Nothing to major but I love the look. New vinyl decal wraps for the 6.2L emblem on both doors. Next is doing lime green replacement for the alignment marker on the steering wheel. Doing that this weekend.

Ya even with the resonator from mbrp I had a Helmholtz welded in and dumped it over the axle. It's perfect now and doesn't give me a migraine even when towing.

Always comforting when you walk into your local muffler shop and ask about a Hemholtz or J-tube to correct drone and they look at you like you have 3 heads! I'd sure like to find someone who knows what they're doing who could build one for my system.
