Quick question- I took my truck in and got a transmission rebuild (long story) but when I left the dealer I heard a strange noise, took it back and they decided that the transfer case was messed up.

It wasn't messed up before I took it in to them and they want me to pay 3,600 out of pocket for something that only became a problem after I had it serviced.

Am I crazy for thinking that should be covered by the dealer or ford?

Without a doubt I would contact @FordService either on here or twitter or facebook and see what's up.

Rotated tires, cleaned some rust off my shocks and applied boshield. Also IMG_0279.jpgdiscovered I have 1/4" spacers on the rear axle! The 3.5s are a tight fit with RPGs rst16 and these spacers are needed for tire clearance. Not sure how I haven't noticed these in the past year. IMG_0275.jpg

Boshield does not discolor the shocks, correct? I used AMOIL on my old shocks but it gives a yellow film discoloration

Got her 3rd oil change at 15k miles on a 2014 and again I took her into the dealer. I really don't like them working on the truck because you can't see them working on it. I usually do the oil on all my cars but for me it comes out cheaper to have the dealer do it at 48bucks. Everywhere I read I see that people pay less to do their own oil change, what am I doing wrong? The 1st oil change I did on my own came out to be almost 90bucks. Reason I just bite my tongue and let them do it
