How much abuse has that lower arm seen? Mine is chipping and getting flash rust after one run, I'm wondering if that's normal.

Not as much as I would like. Just a couple of trips offroad. One or two rock chips and a winter of road salt, etc and the rust spread like wildfire...

Oil change
Tire rotation
Coolant flush
Plugs
Rear 2.5 shocks with steel collars
Rotors/pads
Steel brake lines
Amsoil brake fluid flush
Clean inside
Wash outside

I know I'm forgetting something.

I finally got my quick connects with covers installed in the front and rear. Looks like they will work great in keeping crud out of there. I also put in a few tie down spots in the bed that I think will work for now.
