Yep once to take the cap off the bed very carefully not to break the clips there is a rectangle hole like every 8" all the way along the bed.

Washed it for the first time in 3 months.

Installed the mounting hardware and started boxing in the mount plates. Next up the outside plates for the mounts and the cross bars, then it's time to start welding up all the internal joints and making the front plate for the mounts. Then it's on to the skid plate!

Yeah have the front of the truck pulled into the loading dock, it's not big enough to get the whole truck in unfortunately!

So are making a no-cut bumper out of the svc cut-frame bumper?
