What color option did you choose for your Gen2 Raptor?

Yup -- since they were both shown in dark grey and black, you'd think one of them would be the standard. The polished aluminum just looks ******.

Could there be two mixes for Avalanche Grey for these cars? It's crazy how they show on the GT and Raptor?

I hope it is the same as what the gt350 looks like. Though I haven't seen one in person, I like the color and the different hues it seems to have with different angles/lighting

I don't doubt it but haven't seen an Avalanche Raptor that seemed close to any of the Avalanche GT's that I've seen on the web. Would be awesome to see them side by side at some point. Would be a cool shot.

i keep going back and forth with the avalanche and the white not sure which one to go with, i love the white but not sure if i will still be loving it in 3 years from now! The avalanche looks great my only thing is that it contrastS less if you wrap the hood black then if it were white....decisions !!decisions !!help me out here guys, white or grey????

There's plenty of contrast with the Avalanche, in my opinion. I originally was a Shadow Black guy and I still am to some degree but this will be an outside truck for me whereas my previous black vehicles were garage-kept which made keeping it look good a bit easier. My dealer has has told me that white and black typically hold the best resale value over time but we're not buying for the next guy so get what you want. If I could have one black and one avalanche, I would, haha. The uniqueness of the Avalanche got me along with it's pretty awesome looks.

Very tough choice. I had originally ordered avalanche but switched it to white. I think avalanche is an incredible color but I too seek the high contrast and after doing a lot of searching, found that avalanche just had to much variation for me. I have not seen avalanche in person so I admit I could be completely missing out. Although most of the pics in avalanche look incredible some made me question. Do a Google search for 2017 Ford Raptor Mint 400. That race truck is avalanche, all of the pics. The closer it looks to white the more I like it the more grey/blue it looks the less I like it. In the end I felt I could not be disappointed with white but if I got avalanche then saw a white one with the contrast look I am after there was a chance I could regret my decision.

Two things really helped me with the final decision. The Levine walk through video https://youtu.be/1wRVxWRHIyk, not a bad angle to be found IMO, and perfect common sense post on this forum (I don't remember where it is or I would quote it), "If you want white get white, if you want grey get grey." I asked myself that question and it took any question right out of it.
