What color option did you choose for your Gen2 Raptor?

So I'm seeing a video of one actually in Race Red, and reports that only Race Red is available when trying to order... But you think the old Ruby Red is what we'll get? I'm thinking it's Ruby Red we'll get, unless you know something I don't. Plus I haven't seen ANY photostock of a Ruby Red one yet... but we have seen footage of Ruby Red one... just sayin.

The build sheet says Ruby Red, which should be this color -

I was always going to get silver, but when I finally placed my order a few weeks back, I was in the middle of an infatuation with magnetic so I ended up ordering that. But the latest photos and videos that are being posted have ended my brief love affair with the color.

The early photos made magnetic look really good with the matching trim, but in the photos I see now, the truck just looks like a smudge. And the wife was watching the videos from the press launch and she thought the magnetic trucks all looked black. On the other hand, the silver trucks in those videos looked pretty nice in the sun. And you get all the practical benefits of silver like hiding dirt and scratches and keeping the truck cooler.

So, at the end of the day, I don't want to drive a smudge around town - calling my dealer today to switch back to silver.

I went white. Had a Black and Ruby Red and wanted something different. Been a long time since I've had a white truck. I really like the look of the avalanche though. Wishing a bit that i went that way instead...Oh-well, just a fricking truck in my driveway would be nice. Maybe the meant Nov 2, 2017 delivery date???

Had avalanche ordered, then saw a good (real color lighting) pic of one next to a white and a silver model.

Yep. Magnetic = Smudge.

Interesting that no one here likes black, but TFL said it was the most popular.

So as of now about 40% of those on poll went Avalanche. At my dealer, it is 5 of 11 on Retail Orders. Worried that was all I would see on the road. But went to Ford.com and search within 100 miles and only 2 of 24 Dealer Ordered were that color....most common was black (8), magnetic (4), blue (4), white (4), red (2). So should be variety around here.

Glad I ordered Magnetic. Really like the pics of what has been posted so far. Had 2013 and 2014 Raptor Screws in Silver and wanted something different. Had graphics on both previous trucks and pulled them both off. Prefer the look without. (Trucks came with graphics, stock units)
