Washing step prefect for Raptor

HF is actually putting out some higher quality products like their Icon line of hand tools. That Adam's Step Stool will last me the rest of my lifetime and my son will probably use it to wash his Raptor. I should have bought two and will pick up another one shortly.

I agree buy the best you can afford when it comes to tools.

I purchased a double 4' step ladder but having to keep moving it often is a pain even though you can get a little more spread because it you can straddle the legs but I like Adam's small scaffold better so I just purchased it.

Not to mention this one holds up to 660 lbs. so it's very strong.

I hate to ask this, but are there really people who weigh more than 660 lbs that own Raptors?

It states 660 lbs in their information but it's actually 600 lbs on a sticker on the ladder.

And no I don't weigh anywhere near 600 lbs. Only 320 lbs.

I know, I know, I need to lose weight even though I'm very broad shouldered and big bone I'd like to get down to about 240 lbs.

Already lost 7 so I've a ways to go but I'll get there. Had both knees replaced and it caused me to gain another 40 lbs as I usually weigh about 280 lbs.

It can take approximately 1 year to get back to some normalcy after a total knee replacement.

I am now up to 310 was down to 285 then with Covid my gym closed and I ballooned back up. Got a bad ankle so walking on the street is tough the treadmill gives it some cushion. Good news is the gym is back open and getting back into my routine.

Weight Watchers is the best IMHO.
Lost a bunch of weight (30 so far) and the program is as easy as it could get.
Phone App helps to count your points.

super light so it's easy to move around and works great.



I don't use it for washing the truck though. Just get in the bed for most of the roof and step up into the driver and passenger doorways for the rest of the roof and windshield. easy.

spending money or more money doesn't always mean faster or better.

Ya not exactly the same, I have Lomax cover on my bed and my truck is in a garage and with the door up not a lot of head room. I will stick with the Adams wash step. I also am a bit over the max weight on the Gorilla two step. But everybody's needs are different and I get not wanting to sink extra coin into a step that can go into other needs.
