Vortec 6200 Z71 vs Raptor?

I could only find info on vehicles separate and had to go off of a ecoboost drag times. The 6.2 and eco are dead even the whole way down the drag strip.
All based on Inside Line testing
The chevy 0-60 is 6.6 sec and 14.9 1/4 at 94.1
The eco 0-60 is 6.5 sec and 14.6 1/4 at 95.0

Raptor 6.2's with 35" tires aren't going to hit 60 in 6.5 and they aren't going to do the 1/4 in 14.6 secs.

Those GM 6.2's are beasts! I'm not sure a Raptor could take one in a drag race. But why would you want to drag race a Raptor?

What should I do?

Smile and wave and let him leave you in his dust. That way when he kills himself, or far worse someone else, you had no part in it and can sleep at night.

i would tell him hey you have the off road package dont you? my trucks made for off road ,so why not race off road to see who has the better truck ......tell him drag racing 2 off road trucks on the street is like racing a mustang an camero on dirt it doesn't prove anything twords what the vehicle was engineered for....see how willing he is to take you up on that offer with that being said...

So just cuz the Raptor is a off road truck, none of you have ever hit it harder then you should have getting on the freeway?

I love the way the Raptor shoves me in the seat when I drop the hammer.

Street Light showdowns are fun every so often.

And for now my Raptor is my daily driver and sees little off road, so street is what this particular Raptor lives on.

So I am the mayor of the town and have arranged for a few city blocks to be closed down with EMS personal on standby, and a SVT Raptor and a 6.2 Z71 wanted to have a good ol fashioned "American Graffiti" moment. Ron Howard even showed up.
