I apologize for not providing an update. I just dropped it off this morning at a different dealership because the other dealership wasn't able to fix the problem. I drove with their senior technician and he immediately said it was the exhaust causing the problem. I asked him if he had any doubts and he replied "no doubts at all". I really hope he is correct. I will report back as soon as I confirm that everything is fixed.

Thanks keep us updated

Not sure if this is the total right thing to do but today I unbolted the gas pedal and cut a large piece of 1/2 rubber foam I had at the shop about 1 inch bigger all around the pedal assembly and punched the 3 holes that are used to bolt it to the truck and sandwiched the foam sheet in between the pedal and the floor put bolts back in and I must say it is at lease 70% better. You feel a lot less buzz from the pedal. This should work for me for now until I can get down to what is making that part of the floorboard vibrate enough to feel it thru the pedal.

Maybe try and mount a GoPro under the floor board where it can film the truck as you drive it and see if it gives you somewhere to start. If you put a 1/2 thick piece of foam under it and it only got 70% better you should see what's causing it with a video from your GoPro. I have not had any issues with my Raptor, and it is a 10/27/16 build and stayed on "Ramp 59" till it shipped in January. Good luck!

This is has came up before on F-150 forums 2015 & up. In fact, another individual did something similar to try and help. But there were several complaints, not certain if anyone found the real issue. Good luck. You can Google search Ford F-150 gas pedal vibrations or vibrating, if you want further details.

Hey Jeff, I was wondering if you had any resolution to your problem? I have 1200 miles on mine and just now started feeling a vibration on the gas pedal.

All said and done, the dealer tightened the engine, transmission, and exhaust mounts with the car running to try and eliminate all vibration. The truck is definitely better and I can tell a difference, but it isn't totally fixed; I can still feel much more vibration (mostly in the gas pedal) than I do in any other car that I have driven. I may take it back and see if they can add some additional vibration dampers to the exhaust (essentially weights that help change the frequency at which the exhaust vibrates to something outside of the normal RPM range), or I am actually contemplating just replacing the exhaust, but that will not make me or my wallet happy. I currently own a Corvette and have previously owned a Mustang GT which both had/have performance exhausts, so I really don't feel like my expectations are unreasonable.

Hey, did you ever find the cause/fix for the peddle issues?

Unfortunately I did not. I actually cut off the rubber vibration dampener on the driver's side rear portion of the exhaust and that strangely enough seems to have helped, but the problem still persists to a lesser degree. I am not proposing that others cut off the vibration dampener, but I was shaving down the rubber so I could slide weights over it to see if I could change the frequency at which the exhaust vibrates to something outside of my usual RPM range, but in doing such, I marred the rubber bad enough that I didn't like the way it looked, so I cut it off and was pleasantly surprised that removing it actually made things better. Adding weights did not seem to help. At this point in time, I am irked, but I think I am just going to replace the exhaust system. If there is anybody else out there that has had this issue and fixed it by replaceing the exhaust system, definitely let me know.

Don't hold me to this but someone told me to check the parking brake cable near the driver's side leaf spring. If it is rubbing on the spring it can cause vibration in the gas pedal... I assume through vibrating the parking break pedal in that region. Zip tie the cable away from the left spring. Worth a shot for the cost of a zip tie.

I don't have the issue but this is what I was told solved this issue.
