Mine does it quite frequently. More often on slight incline but happens on level surface as well. Still bugs me although dealer never found anything wrong.

I had the same problem some years back on a Ford Explorer.
Exactly as you describe. Make sure the revs are at total idle and the problem will be less severe.
It turned out it was a sticky solenoid valve in the gearbox. This was changed under warranty and fixed the problem immediately.
Get your dealer to take a look at it.......
