I dont think it has anything to do with the modification because i am from Oman as well & i have 2011 raptor which i bought in Nov-11 and without any modification but with a broken engine!!!
So just advise everyone to stay away from this fake truck and move to GMC or Chevy.

if you broke your engine it means you simply dont know how to drive a car specially when it is at a low mileage. you probably are too dumb enough to notice that something is wrong with your engine and that's why it broke down on you

i am also sure the ford dealership in Oman is as ****** as the ones you find the most Arab countries. learn how to fix it yourself
you have no right to bash the raptor when it's clearly the best stock truck ever.

i have nothing against Hennessy, but they are overly priced and you can get a more professional job somewhere else.
am sure the boys can fill you up if your friend decides to buy another Raptor.
