Those of you that got your dealership to get your VIN added so this could be done, can you tell me what they did exactly? My dealership is trying to help (I think), but they want me to get more information for them.
I brought in a copy of the campaign notice after verifying that my truck met the criteria. Told them that my truck qualified but was not on the list and asked them to see if they could get it added. Mentioned that others had success having their dealer call ford to get it added to the campaign if the criteria was met. Service advisor looked up the campaign and verified that my truck met them. They said they would call Ford and let me know. Called a week or so and said it was approved and to have me bring it back in to inspect it and order the parts.

I believe there was a supplement issued that reduced the build date range.

I am going through this with my dealer. The Service Department Manager (NOT Service Manager) told my Service Manager to try to work it out. He said that he already had one Raptor owner that tried and Ford denied because of the $140 delete credit. We will see. I will let you know how it works out.

OK, follow up. So I went back to the dealership and asked for the Service Department Manager. I went to the cashier and NOT MY service manager. When he was available he came out and introduced himself and asked how he could help.
I immediately told him there wasn't a problem but I asked if he could do me a favor and help me out. I showed him the print out of the service bulletin and explained how my truck fell within the parameters of the bulletin and told him it wasn't showing up in OASIS. I asked if he could make some calls and see if he could get it resolved.

He went with me to my Service Manager and told him to put it in and call and see if Ford could update OASIS and get it done. He also asked him to get a cost on the parts and said he would do the service for free if it wasn't covered if I paid for parts ($389) Well, 2 weeks went by and it showed in my Ford App. They are getting the parts and doing the service. I will post pics when done.

Unfortunately, that's how it has to be handled. Dealers should not try to bully Ford or act pushy.
It everything meets the published criteria, Ford should be willing to add it to your Oasis/Ford Pass.
Thanks for the update!
