Used Gen 2 Purchase

Hi all! Just picked up a new to me 18 Raptor 802 White with 5,000 miles on the clock. Twin panel, carbon fiber, spray liner etc. Wanted to purchase new, just couldn't pass up the deal on a slightly used one. Previous owner purchased it in Dec and traded it for an F150 KR.

This is my 2nd Raptor. Had a 13 Race Red that I regret selling a couple of years ago.

Been a long time reader of this Great forum and have learned a lot!

The more you drive it the more you will really enjoy it. When I updated my Gen 1 to the Gen 2 it took me a while to really appreciate how good the Gen 2 is. Not saying the Gen 1 was bad, not by any stretch of the imagination, it is a great truck. The Gen 2 is just that much better. IMO anyway.

Truck looks great! I like the white and black combination.

It took two years to convince myself to take a Gen 2 V6 TT for a test drive. After I finally drove one, it only took about a month to find the right one with all the options I wanted. After owning it for a year, I can truly say it is by FAR a better truck than my Gen 1 in all aspects except the exhaust note. However, I am used to the sound now and do not regret my decision one bit.

Nice truck! I just moved from a Gen 1 to the Gen 2 - and I'm very happy. You'll get used to it quick and appreciate it more every day.

Thanks for the comments! So far the only issue I'm having is getting used to the 10 speed trans & Auto start/stop. All other aspects of the truck are Great!

Been reading this forum for a couple of years and decided it was time to get back in a Raptor. Learned a lot about the Gen 2 for members feedback and experiences.

Don't flame me, but a local sign company is going to add the bed graphics for $225 installed. Much cheaper than OEM and you won't be able to tell the difference.

I grew up Loving the 80's, so the graphics is a must!
