Picked this up from RPG. This is a Ford made transmission cooler that was only available in the Middle East. RPG has them for $150 and they are a direct replacement for the stock transmission cooler. Doubles the cooling capacity. I will install mine next week.
Let us know if you see some temp drop when offroading.

You have a part number for this?

Ok. This thread is serendipitous. I'm having issues with my tranny getting hot while towing if I get stuck on steep hills in traffic (at speed it's ok), and this could be just what I need.

I don't have the part number, but I just called up RPG and they knew what I was talking about.

I have a Whipple SC, and had already installed a bigger CBR alum radiator to keep engine temps cooler, plus a larger aFe alum trans pan, so also ended up with the RPG larger trans oil cooler as well... best option for a plug and play upgrade to get a bit better trans cooling when giving truck a workout!

I haven't towed yet but on those very hot day noticed before upgrades, temps went a lil hotter than I would have prefered. Now seems more stable, but agained haven't been pushing truck to it's full limits a whole lot lately.

How's that AFE pan turn out clearance wise? I'm eyeballing that soon.

just ordered one from RPG. not sure having the part number will do anyone any good because rpg told me they have to jump through hoops to get. That is they are made in canada then need ordered from india and drop shipped to rpg (something like that). anyways when i get it im going to do a full transmission flush on install.
