Installed today on a 2018 with Cobb FMIC and ADD pro front bumper. It really fits great and opens up oil filter access. I chose to shorten the blocked off stock breather hose. I wish they made a plug that would go straight onto the intake pipe.
Started her up but no driving impressions yet. Seems like a well made solid unit.

Definitely agree, a plug/cap for the intake side would be nice. To abandon the unused hose all together.

My oem BOV is VTA and it is really loud too - it is also located at the very front of the truck as I have the full race intercooler.

I have the same setup on mine and it is very noticeable inside the cab when it releases.

In my experience...as far as off-road debris and water...I've never had an issue (I frequent the sand dunes and do a lot of off-roading)
The valve location on these trucks is tucked away pretty good and since it only opens a small amount with heavy air pressure coming out I can't imagine anything getting in there....obviously don't go fording a river and revving your truck while you have water up to the doors (at which point I'm sure you'll be facing much bigger problems anyhow). You would want to stay on the throttle in that scenario as it is to keep water out of the exhaust system too.

Yea, mines very noticeable, when heavy boost, close the throttle. Radio off

but..
With the radio up, daughters IPad going, wife talking, normal driving, I really have to listen for it.
