Hi, new here and I was hoping I might ask some questions from Raptor owners. I currently own a 08' Tundra Crewmax 4x4 that has the factory supercharger. The truck is pretty fast for being so heavy and never feels under powered, so does the Raptor Screw feel adequate in power? Is it just enough to get by or do you wish it had more? Is anyone concerned about the long term reliability of the Fox shocks? I can imagine they would be costly after the warranty runs out.

Lastly, any regrets after the purchase? I realize no one wants to say they made a $50k mistake, but I wonder if any owners wish they didn't buy the truck after owning it for a while. I'm very close to pulling the trigger on a 13' but I suffer from buyers remorse-haha. My truck runs great but the Raptor is very good looking. Thanks for any input.

I enjoy my truck. It will be an addiction with all the modification possibilities. You will have a great time with the truck. Find some places to go and play.

I have a buddy has a 2011 tundra with supercharger. Honesty I must say with a custom tune to eliminate the throttle lag, I can honestly say we can keep up with a supercharged tundra from take off, 60-100 it's still close but here we loose some ground. But looking at the big picture we still have a 6,000lb four wheeler #winning

When it comes to horsepower, to much is never enough. That's a loaded question.

Nice thing about making a 50k mistake on this truck is it aint a mistake cause you can sell it right after you get it and only lose 1 or 2k... ha ha ha... Try that on anything else...

Only regrets is not having a spare Raptor. So I can put this one to the limits without any remorse while inspecting for scratches, lol! GO FOR IT! The bigger of the deciding factors is SCAB or SCREW as turning abilities are drastically different in my opinion. Not this one is better or worse but one is a slight heavier/bigger and being they both have the same motor, just some factors Especially after driving the screw loaner this week, I can tell the added ass end during turns. I usually own 4door trucks but being this was an SVT.....i had opting for that style baja performance to the fullest.
THE ONLY DISAPPOINTMENT, especially going from Daily driving my company Tundra with the upgraded sound.... IS THE UPGRADED sound in the Raptor. A night and day loudness and even quality IN SOUND on a negative note. U can say full loudness in the Raptor is equal to half loudness in your Tundra (if upgraded the sound from factory)
