2018 Raptor. Had the truck since November 2017 and have 5k miles on it. Usually only drive it once or twice a week. Auto-stop has worked fine until a few months ago when I took the truck in to get the freezing door issue resolved. After that work was completed, I noticed it Auto-Stop not working... but since the weather was cold, I figured the weather could be the issue. About 3 weeks ago I took the truck in to get the shifting/transmission upgrade flashed to the computer. 100% positive the auto-stop was not working before the shift flash was done.
I've done a few things in Forscan and booted up my computer to check things out. Looked at the 3 (Auto-Stop) settings of which 2 are optional and my truck shows different readings then what is needed to stop Auto-Stop. In fact, I checked all of the modules and compared them to when I first started Forscan (As-built settings I backed up) and everything looks good.
Never had a tune.
Do have a Pedal Commander.
Thoughts? I'm taking the truck in for an oil change in April so if the issue hasn't been fixed by then, I'll have them look at it.
Oh, also disconnected the batter for 1 hour. No change. Also make sure A/C or Heat is turned off so not to drain the battery.
