Hey everyone, I just opened an account here. I got my Raptor 2 weeks ago. I have been looking at these for a few years now and decided what better way to stimulate the economy then buy a truck?

2020 Base model in Magnetic Grey. No bells and whistles, 800A package to hopefully build on.

This is a bitter sweet purchase for me. I always had dreams of building my dad's '96 Silverado. I decided to keep his memory alive by not just keeping his shit, but by doing things we loved to do like go off-roading. And because of this, I bought a Raptor.

This is awesome man. I grew up in my Dads garage - he taught me everything I know about cars. I’ve helped him restore a many of his Model-A’s over the years. As a kid, my job was standing over the parts cleaner tank and making sure everything was perfectly cleaned and ready to go. Ahhhh.... the smells. LOL We restored my ‘68 Mustang together when I was 15. It was supposed to be my first car, but was way too nice for a 16 years old daily driver. Lots of great memories.

Enjoy your new Raptor and welcome to FRF.

You’re fortunate. I wish to have had that kind of shared passion. Make the most of it.
