Have you tried loosing the spring and shackle bolts again on the drivers side at ride height and then retorquing after cycling?

no, but everything was installed by SVC and I would figure if anyone knows how to install them correctly, they would. I have done some pretty hard off-roading as well, I would think even if something was a smidge off, it’d settle. However being an inch high is likely more than any misaligned bushing could cause.

I have original springs if you want them for free
Hey thanks Matrix, everyone I've talked to said new oem leafs won't help. I'm having the shocks checked and saving up for Icons. They're slightly cheaper than deavers. I appreciate the offer though.

Is that because they checked them and know that they are both within spec? If it's not a bent or out of spec spring, I'd worry about a bent frame ...
Not sure, but lots of post of new, low mileage and mall crawler raptor having the same issue. 1/2" to 1" higher on dvr or passenger side. I guess it's just one of those "part of the package" things. I really didn't notice it until I ran across a thread talking about it, and went out to measure mine.

No problem, you will like Icons for sure, that’s what I swapped for and set it to 2nd setting.
