CFIT - Mine was built on January 10 and arrived at the dealership on January 30. It probably would have arrived a few days earlier but it was stuck at the Benicia rail yard in NorCal for maybe 10 days due to rain/flooding. I had the factory bedliner placed prior to it being shipped from Dearborn and it didn't really hold up the delivery for more than a day or so.
Order placed 10/4
Order pulled/VIN 1/27
Est build date 3/23
Wonder why so much time between my pulled and build date.
Guess I wont be seeing mine before April. I wish I knew all this in Oct. Waited too long now and built too many lists of things I need to get for it. Like waiting for a new born.
Thanks for the info. Based on your response and a few others, it looks like I should expect about 2-3 weeks from build date to delivery.

Yeah, I don't know why some orders are scheduled to build so soon and some so much later. I've seen several people say that their order was just pulled and their build date is a few months away. I was pleasantly surprised to hear that my build date was only three weeks after having my order pulled. Of course, I did wait five months to have my order pulled, so there's that...
Do you have the CF package or beadlock wheels on your order?

The truck is badass. The transmission is badass. Shifting manually, shifting is instant. It's light years better than the crappy transmission in the 2015 auto 8 speed Z06 Corvette I have - shouldn't have drank Chevrolet's marketing cool-aid on that one!
I was worried about the 10 speed doing a lot of hunting. Not a problem. You're in 10th and floor it? It shifts to fourth as fast as a shift to 9th, which is to say seemingly instantly. Hilly roads? It's a torque monster and doesn't need to downshift for power half as much as a v8.
I know I'm ranting about the transmission, but of all the incredible features this truck has that's the one that impresses me most.
