Nope they say that isn't the issue. Now they're removing the Boostmax and PedalMax. They told me I shouldn't modify the truck, lol yeah right...

Thats goodish news!! Of course they tell you not to modify. Im guessing they are also telling you Not Under Warranty?? At least the wiring harness issues have now made it to this site.

Well boys. Good news. They disconnected boostmax and pedalmax and reset ECU. All is fine. They said to drive it for at least 500 miles and let them know if it happens again. Meanwhile...I'll call JDM.

Good news it was your mods, I suppose. Where is this wiring harness hitting the exhaust? I can't tell much from those pictures to know where to look.

More shit quality control from Ford. For ***** sakes! When is all of this shit going to end? Having a harness melt to the point of killing the truck could put someone in a really ****** situation real quick. I hope everyone goes and checks their truck. It's not worth the risk. Ford better step up their game. Guys are shelling out some serious $$$$ for this shit show and it's not fair to the guys that have been commited from the beginning to get the shaft!

Please add this to the thread where the rest of the 17' Raptor problems are posted so everyone else can be aware!

Glad you got it sorted out Bullishone.

I don't know enough about boostmax, but any $300 aftermarket device that promises to alter boost settings in a turbo motor would make me wonder about how good of an idea it is.....
