there are places you can pull over to let others pass. its encouraged so you dont try to pass your limits or your trucks limits by feeling you need to go faster to keep people from stacking up behind you. after you pull over, carry on at your own pace

Unless you're in front of Noah, then slow down and don't let him pass

Could be good and bad. The night run was out of control last year with all the dust. At least this year I'll have some ambers front and rear so it should help.
