Have yet to hear an answer to this one: Can the Outlaw Spindle Gussetts be welded on with the spindles still on the truck? Or do you have to remove them first?

Given the electronics, I'd say yes. Just to be safe.

Also, for the behind the grill led bar, the M&R has an amber you can add. BUT, it will kill your light output. I ended up removing the one on my lower bar. The grill kills enough light, don't need the lens taking any more.

I have the recons and have had them covered in mud/sand with zero issues. With the hose directly on them, shooting in the gaps and everything I have never seen any moisture get into to fixture. That being said... their 3rd brake light is total crap... the tails are OEM quality though IMHO.

Completely agree! Love the tails and never had any issues. However the third brake light, had it installed for less than 48 hours before removing it.

Good to hear. No worries with hyperflashing turn signals? The more I read, the more bad experiences I come across with each of the different brands. Greg killed his Recon tails at TRR last year when they let in dirt. Some Spyders hyperflash and then begins the pain installing of load resistors. But then some seem to have good luck with the same brands... Conflicting info

No issue with hyperflash and I have had these extremely muddy. When I first got them I was skeptical and literally took my hose and blasted them with the if they fail right now I will just send them back because I am not messing with this. Had them on a few months now and they are great.

I cannot speak for others but this was my experience. I love my lights.

I ended up getting mine working correctly, had to play with the wiring... theirs was messed up. Then sealed the living shit out of the housing and blasted it with a hose... no issues. But yes it isnt work it. Night shade the stock one and put LEDs. It got personally between me and that light... was not going to let it win.

Haha! Showed that bitch who's boss! I currently have heavy duty smoked "LAMINEX" tint on the Tails and 3rd Brake Light. Love the "Rolling Blackout" theme with the black truck. However, my tails are starting to look a bit "dirty" so heat buildup behind the tint may be culprit - just like happened to my heads. I had to pull the tint off the headlights due to "checkering" of the lens cover.

I am taking some of these questions to their respective forum topic sections in an attempt to reach a wider audience. I may have limited the responses with the TRR theme which gets noticed mostly by a few of us who are actually going. Thanks guys for the help and of course we can continue to kick around TRR mod ideas... I'm always open to more more more! :favorites13:
