I'm on board with the RPG race line bumper and trimming of the frame rails.

Dead sexy!

I looked at this one at SEMA and I like it. I will try to post a dead on view on the sema thread

By far the best look is trimming the frame back.

Thanks guys. I appreciate all your input. Ya know what? Went to a movie and then Friday night out on the town. But the whole time I couldn't help thinking about my damn truck haha and what to do with my bumper and crappy garage issue.

I have come to the conclusion that other than running and jumping and otherwise torture-testing my kickass Raptor, I have done nothing of consequence to contribute to our cause. SO... I am commissioning this project - not only for all the poor saps like myself with tight quarters, but also for those who want the bumper that should have been an "offroad package" option when you ordered the truck. It must be beautiful and compliment the truck - flowing with the lines of its front end. Also it MUST be BEASTLY! An aggressive look (with easy offroad lighting options) that makes heads turn... and then turn again for a second look haha! All while seamlessly integrating like a factory aftermarket accessory. Damn! Not asking for much haha.

Need local collaboration to meet my perfectionist demands... and so I can get in the way and be annoying haha. I do have the TMX skid plate which held up amazingly considering the hell I put it through. Brandon has been itching to build me a bumper since we met, and after speaking with him last night, he wants the right of first drafting for this project. He can mock every thing up using CAD and we will get the right look nailed down.

I have a feeling that this is going to be another really popular bumper option for the guys that daily drive their truck, yet are weekend warriors as often as possible.

Instead of comppromising on a bumper, What is behind that wall ? you could gain 3 or 4 inches of foward room my cutting out the garage drywall and a few studs, make a header. ? not fire code wise but ? Heck make a buldge or bump out in that room, as long as it is not a plumming wall ?
Think outside the box

modding the wall (outside of the fire code) is not fun... modding the Raptor. MUCH MORE FUN. Besides, it lets all us regular folk get in on the fun too... this isn't "This old house" or "Extreme Makeover Home Edition"

I assume you talked to them? I knew something was up. If you are not going to build anymore raptor products then you should really changed your front page on your web site. I would not be surprised if they are going out of business.

Wicked is no longer building Raptor products

Something wicked this way cometh to wicked industries... I guess. If they are saying they can't keep up with all their orders, that sounds like a good thing... like they have products that people want. Time to expand. Dedicate a team just for the Raptor line. Something. I don't get it.

Yeah, as luck would have it the kitchen with plumbing and gas is directly behind that garage wall - of course. Joe's right though... it is definitely more fun to mod the truck than this old house... I get enough of that as it is!
