Oh, this is gonna be fun. I like the RPG bumper, but you have to trim the frame. Are you trying to reuse the TMX skid? If so, WSI custom might be the way to go.

You can showcase the new bumper at the snowball500! Whelen lights flush mounted and everything!

Thanks guys. I appreciate all your input. Ya know what? Went to a movie and then Friday night out on the town. But the whole time I couldn't help thinking about my damn truck haha and what to do with my bumper and crappy garage issue.

I have come to the conclusion that other than running and jumping and otherwise torture-testing my kickass Raptor, I have done nothing of consequence to contribute to our cause. SO... I am commissioning this project - not only for all the poor saps like myself with tight quarters, but also for those who want the bumper that should have been an "offroad package" option when you ordered the truck. It must be beautiful and compliment the truck - flowing with the lines of its front end. Also it MUST be BEASTLY! An aggressive look (with easy offroad lighting options) that makes heads turn... and then turn again for a second look haha! All while seamlessly integrating like a factory aftermarket accessory. Damn! Not asking for much haha.

Need local collaboration to meet my perfectionist demands... and so I can get in the way and be annoying haha. I do have the TMX skid plate which held up amazingly considering the hell I put it through. Brandon has been itching to build me a bumper since we met, and after speaking with him last night, he wants the right of first drafting for this project. He can mock every thing up using CAD and we will get the right look nailed down.

I have a feeling that this is going to be another really popular bumper option for the guys that daily drive their truck, yet are weekend warriors as often as possible.

Trashed my front bumper at Lil Sahara. Looking at aftermarkets. Need something that is "tucked" enough to fit in my garage. (Black truck is the wrong color to deal with the shitstorm from birdies in our trees) Only have 2 inches to spare max.

Like the look of Birdman's Urban Assault bumper by Wicked. Can't find it on their site. Do they still offer it?

vs

Venom by ADD (not sure will be able to close garage door on it? Curious how much further out it is compared to stock)

vs

Am I missing any other low profile bumpers? Preferably with good lighting options of course.

Wicked is no longer building Raptor products.

this seems to meet a lot of your requirements, needs to beef it up and box it in (still a prototype) but it could be a great heavy duty bumper. No frame cut, and protrudes out less then the stock bumper.

That's too bad because I really liked that look and probably would have just bought one and put it on as is. However, this is actually better in the long run, because what I really want is something that screams "OFFROAD BEAST". Kinda fun to come up with exactly the look that I want.

Sounds great John. Purely bolt on?
Once you get something sketched out, post it up.

Joe

Just bolt it on nice and easy

Your bumper IS low-profile and looks great! The look that I'm going for however, is a bit more like this Urban Assault:

But waaaaayyyyy more BEASTLY!!!

Brandon has been begging to make me a bumper that works with his TMX plate for so long now, I hate to make him cry. I always told him no because was just going to keep the stocker due to garage clearance issues... until now haha. Plus he's local and if I'm gonna do this from scratch, I need it to be done here - where I can be very involved in the process. Tell ya what though, I am on the top of your list for that badass cage!
