Transfer case issue

So I turned off traccontrol, put it in sport and awd took off full load and case does a pop. Pop every 1 2 seconds until. I let off. Sound broken to you guys? Nothing is a problem in any other mode. Is it too much power for the awd system? Hennessey 600

I just lost my power and gear engagement completely at all drives except 4LO and I didn't have any load and odometer was showing 3346 on my new 2018 Raptor. It has been in repair for about a week, I didn't get much feedback, but heard mention of Transfer Case Issue, no idea when the repair will be finished by the dealer.

Any updates? Transfer cases starting to show a weak link? Anyone else have T case problems, it seems I saw a failed one recently on here...

I know with my ‘13 f150 I would have to go easy on it for the first 10-20 ft while it transitioned in to 4h not sure if you still should be easy on it when going from 2-4a

Just got my truck repaired for failed transfer case at about 6500 miles. Took 3 weeks but I hear a slight rattle under carriage somewhere. Usually when steering at slow speeds on slight bumpy roads.

Yes, I’m getting a rattle usually slower speeds on slightly rough roads or during slight turning. 2nd day I had it back it was rattling during startup idle. Didn’t have enough time to pin point before it went away.

I was driving down the US 395 out of Lee Vining, CA (i.e., Mammoth Lakes) on my return Thanksgiving trip to Reno when the vehicle went into neutral. I was able to move it off the highway after shifting into 4W low. The ford dealer showed me the damage and it was significant. Broken parts and many metal shavings. The mechanic mentioned that the oil may have stopped and everything came apart. I'm waiting on a new transfer case, but this type of failure is scary. I expect the Raptor to be solid as a rock. All highway miles on a 2017 Raptor with 20K miles.

Yep getting mine back tomorrow, broke front locker, iwe went kaboom and they said they we replacing axles too.
