What tune did you load before this failed? I know its probably not the cause but I was just curious.

Keep us informed on what all failed. After they Flash it should point out what else failed or could have been damaged if any. At least thats what Im assuming. (I KNOW I SHOULDNT ASSUME)

Did you see it dripping onto the driveway / garage floor?

Pump went out and since there is a TSB on that...

Do you have the TSB number and description? It should be on your service ticket when they are finished.

I'll post the Tsb for you when i get my truck back. They told me it wouldn't be til the middle of this week until they were able to get to it. Hopefully it's soon I am getting really worried about being seen driving the focus they gave me.

Got my truck back today. Apparently the pump bushing went into the converter and messed a lot of stuff up. Metal shavings in the pan, clutches burned up, no fluid left. Got a $3k rebuild covered under warranty. Also manged to get my intake and exhaust installed today.

Did they say what could've cause that to happen?

No they did not. But if they had a issue with the pumps I would imagine something like that would happen.
