GEN 2 Traction Bar Options

I see SVC and Rogue make traction bars, but im having trouble finding other bars that are compatible with a 2020 raptor SCREW.
I would prefer not to pay 1k-1500 for bars when regular F150s are all less then 500.

I know I will get people on here saying go deavers or icons, but I'm not wanting to do all that.

My issue is when launching from a dead stop I sometimes get terrible wheel hop/axle wrap that makes the whole rear shake and not get traction. Im goosetuned stage 2.

I don't want to ruin my rear end because of this.

I also currently have an RAS installed which helps with wrap and hop during normal driving but doesn't fix dead stop launch issues.

What I'm looking for is recommendations for a traction bar setup, bolt on install, less then $600 if possible. TIA

I was looking hard at the SVC bars too, my only hangups were
-weld on (I think)
-at least some ground clearance loss.

Users - there are some SVC bar users on here, or were at one time, dismissed concern #2, off roading and not having any significant issues.

Then the KHC torque arm got released and I helped facilitate a group buy. You give up no ground clearance at all, drill on/bolt on - you can do it in your driveway if you’re not terribly out of shape - it’s a few beers though, I won’t lie.

T/A definitely addresses wheel hop. I’ve punched it hard in the sand a few times to make Lucille act like Raptor #9 at Raptor Assault and nada. just wheel spinning fun.

I did disable the nannies and launch hard a couple times on the street in 2h and again, just wheel spinning fun, none of the banging with wheel hop.

Hopefully some of the SVC bar users will chime in here to discuss.

High price point there though, I've already looked at them. I've dropped around 15k in this raptor since buying it on June lol. If I don't have to spend here on this issue, I don't want to haha

yes, I agree on the price. It does work though.

SVC bars may be what you’re looking for.

I’m thinking about doing the SVC kit but even with the 10% Black Friday discount it’s a hard sell. With the shocks being on opposite sides I feel the bars would lock the axel in place. I just can’t pull the trigger on them. Thanks for starting this post. Not really a ton of information on this.

I had the SVC bars added on my build. They do have to be welded, which I can't do, never did. I was hesitant oh the KHC Torque Arm as a lot of guys on here were having issues when I was looking, but that seems to have settled down. RPG is another option, but they are probably the most expensive ones out there.

The SVC bars really keep the truck planted on uneven pavement, cracks, holes, you name it. It's funny, because I read on here how the truck gets out of line when guys hit that type of stuff. My truck tracks straight and true. Unfortunately, I've yet to take it off road yet. It's dune season right now, and I've been in Glamis for the last 2 weeks. First real off road trip will be this Spring in Baja. Back to the SVC traction bars, I think they were worth the money, if that helps anyone.

i have the khc torque arm great piece.

i had a rpg traction bar sitting in box. having khc install it for me, in lieu of the torque arm.. i have sway bars installed too.. lol

I thought about both. I went with SVC trac bars just because I know they work and everything else on my truck is SVC. They will be going on this coming week.
