Tow/haul mode question

I have a question regarding my tow/haul mode for my 2014 SCAB. I use it to haul my dirtbikes around and was wondering if it was necessary to engage tow/haul mode. I normally carry two and the two dirtbikes combined maybe weigh around 600 pounds at the most. But with all the gear and an additional passenger I’m not sure what would be best for the truck. I know the max it can haul is around 1500 pounds but just curious if anyone else engages tow haul for this kind of load. Thanks!

I always called it Tow/Haul Ass Mode back when I had my Gen Juan

It will help get you stoped with all that. I like the shift points way better I use it all the time with nothing in the bed or towing nothing.

Tow haul is the Gen 1 sport mode. At least for me. Does not hurt anything to use it. I do most days just to get the truck moving quicker.

I also use mine regularly along with restricting the gears. Shift points are better and I like the rumble of my exhaust, especially in tight downtown areas where the buildings make it echo.

You're at a stop light and a Prius pulls up a long side you, now is the time to hit that tow/haul and when the light turns green Stomp that gas pedal to the floor!
