Some one pulled out in front me last week and my 2019 is totaled. For me I can’t buy a 2020 if the 2021 has large updates coming! Do we have any real information?

The rumor is the 3rd generation Raptor won’t be available until sometime next year as a 2022 model.

Can you post a pic of your totaled a Raptor? Did you and the other party walk away from the collision?

Just rumors so far. Possibly with independent rear axles and a much larger info center display in the cab. Could be a long wait - might not appear until late 2021. This Covid-19 thing could set it back even further.

Ya luckily both safe! Bent the frame. I don’t think I can wait for a year and a half! I was ok in a rental for 6 months but 18 is a long time.

Every one of these I have seen with a heavy hit to either left or right front typically total... Also If you sustain damage to the cab, where it gets past the rocker panel.. same thing. With the Aluminum cab, its like there is no stopping place. Honestly, there are so few shops out there that have the training and equipment to fix the bodies, AND the tech support to recalibrate all the advanced vehicle systems... let it go.... I have spent 25 years in the body shop industry and know the best of the best on the west coast, and if mine looked like that, I'd be pushing my insurance to total.

Yep. Rear link suspension at least. The spy pics prove this theory. Still a Gen 2 though.

Ouch! Glad everyone walked away. The Raptor has a huge front profile, curious how the other motorist didn’t see you. Your photo clearly shows the composite fenders and hood used exclusively on the Raptor.
