Totaled raptor. Do I get a F250 or wait for new raptor?

Aside from payload/towing, what makes you want an F-250 over a Raptor? Just curious.

SuperDuty is a totally different machine, and I don't understand why people buy F250's when there is the F350. My 2018 F350 is better in many ways over my 2020 Raptor, for on road performance.
The Raptor looks "cooler" and is waaay more capable as a fun vehicle off road. For towing and smooth highway driving, the SuperDuty with diesel takes it any day.

Agree with above. Go F350 or just wait for gen3 raptor in 2022/2023

Go for the 350 if you need to tow. I have been looking at them too now because my towing needs might change

The new F250 Tremor model looks pretty awesome. It’s available with the brand new commercial grade 7.3L Godzilla motor.

I’m sure the Tremor is a good truck for it’s intended market. That is not the Raptor market.
it could do fine, if you don’t mind the ride and a 0-60 time slower than a Popemobile Fiat 500
it’s less Godzilla and more Geico Gecko.

I agree. The Raptor has more of a fun factor that the 3/4 and 1 ton pickups.

I came from the diesel world before buying my Raptor. I had a 2004 F250 6.0, 2011 F350 6.7 and a 2015 F350 6.7. GREAT trucks if you're towing. I sold the 31' toyhauler and dune buggy and the boat. I don't need to tow heavy anymore so the Raptor is perfect for me. Much more comfortable as a daily driver. If your not towing a lot, the diesel is not the solution, get a gasser. I was having issues with my diesel because I wasn't working it hard enough. They need to work to burn off the soot, otherwise you'll have regen issues.
