Tinted Tail Lights / Turn signal mirrors

Turn signal mirrors.

So whats involved with installing the lights in the mirrors? Easy for an old blind guy? If I don't tint will the LEDs still be hidden untill iluminated? Part#s and so on if ya got them and where. I like the looks of the amber mirror lights on the F 250-350's.

I'll try and take some pics but it involves getting a 4" LED strip from pep boys if you have
one in your area then there is a line that I cut off which is half of the strip. Then you have to carve out the back of the
reflector and drill a big hole in the black part of the mirror. I'll just take some pics to give you a better idea. This does require some soldering.

The wire ends are pointy and they fit into the mirrir turn signal plugs. hopefully monday i'll have pics
