FWIW, last year's product is this year's product so I'd still be excited if I were you...Placed my fully loaded Raptor in July 2021. Agreed to $10k over msrp. The dealer called me this week with a delivery date of 2/7/22 and reduced my markup to $5k.
I am reviewing this thread with people taking delivery of 22 models??? Can you guys explain why or why not I should pay $5k over for last years model???? I am currently driving a 2020 with no options and wanted to upgrade to a loaded truck but it’s hard to get excited about last years product.
Already one started.Idk how to do one on here otherwise I would have
Exactly. Except for My Mode, it’s not like you’re gaining anything. Either hang in there or go to the back of a very long line w/ potentially increased prices.FWIW, last year's product is this year's product so I'd still be excited if I were you...
I'm in the same boat. Ordered 6/15/21, rolled it over to a 2022 Nov. 12th and still no build date. I'm giving it till March 1st. If no build date, will be canceling my order and getting a TRX. They are pumping those out pretty quick. Not me. Ordered MSRP 6/24. Rolled to '22. Still no VIN. I have the first of their two allocations .
OP, @DillyDally Here's my thread of that spreadsheet.I think initially there were more MSRP deals available, I think those are few and far between now. Another user did a spreadsheet about dealers and whether they were charging ADMs or not and most of the MSRP dealers had started charging them and many of the ADMs had also gone up. The dealers saw the demand and aren’t getting near the allocation as they did in years past. I talked to several this week that they only got 1-3 allocations for 22’s thus far and all were taken and had a list a mile long.
