The new SP oils are now available at Walmart, so I would expect it most everywhere... Check the labels.

What brands have you found with SP at walmart?

Mobile 1 High Mileage and SuperTech High Mileage in 5w30 for sure (they're the same oil). I didn't check all the brands there, just those I use...
