Third brake light

Service manager responded and said they are ordering the light after getting my email with the video. So far sounds good. Will see on Tuesday how it goes.....

Question on those 3 red LED's. If they were burned out, then why do they come on when pressing on the brake? Looking at it, there is just one LED that appears to be used for the running light at a lower dim and brighter when the brake pedal is pushed. Is it a short within the brake light itself?

Could be a short, they are wired in parallel so you could loose one and the other 2 still function. They are dual intensity, so the running light could be gone.

These are required by DOT due to the width of the raptor. It's not just for show

Issue resolved by dealer. Took about 1.5hrs but took me home on shuttle. Odd that they put on about 3 miles on it, had to test drive the light....lol
