Yeah I stop in there this morning to show them the video and they said they didn't need to see it. Ford responded that they should be on. So I asked them to order the light now.

Said now they asked Ford what to do and will go from there. I asked again to just order it to stop further delays. Have to wait for Ford's approval as they stated they just can't throw parts at a problem.

Isn't this light like less than $200?

Called another dealer, they are idiots too. The other dealers around me are farther and even smaller shops that probably rarely see a raptor. I am screwed going forward....

Well I'd say at least see if Crystal can get involved. The dealer, knowing that someone within Ford has your back, will likely change their tune pretty quick.

Sounds like we have the same dealer. It seems that if I ever have an issue with the truck it suddenly becomes "normal" to them

Keep burning them on the reviews(accurately and fairly) as it does reflect on them and their paychecks. This will wake them up

That's right. I use a Ford dealer over in E. Peoria, IL. I work with the General Manager on buying and any issues with service. He said that they will do whatever it takes to get the highest score for any survey questions. It hits them in the pocket every time it's less than perfect. If they don't care then run like hell and find a new place. Good luck.....

Dealer just called me. Said it could be the brake light, the headlight switch or wiring. Now I need to schedule a half-day if not all day visit next week for them to "check" it out.

What is the part number for this light?, I think I am just going to spend the $110 and take care of it myself, my time is worth more.
