think my my trans is leaking with only 1900 miles

Just changed my oil and noticed that between the dust cover and
bellhousing there was a little fluid. Is this normal from assembly. Or
Do you think its the front pump seal. And of course no way to or add
fluid.

Dang i dont wont them dudes having to take the tranny out of a new truck. That sucks

Just take it to a dealer have them look at it so if it is an issue it can get handled right away. I do know that one guy on this forum used a defective item during the first few days to ask Ford for a a FREE extended warranty and they gave him one. It costs nothing to ask if it is a trans problem... so ask ...

Is it a drip or stain,what color if any visible ?
May just be residue from filling windshield washer or oil spill all things flow down.
Wipe it off and recheck.

Little there. Never seen a drop on concrete. Also don't drive out very much. Only put 1900 miles on it in nearly seven months.

After 7 months thought I was low balling mileage at 3500... lol...
