I just got back to my hotel from working in a San Diego ship yard; that will pay for the tune :)
I need one with Volant and SW LT complete dual system

Got it to coast in 6th until speeds dropped under 40mph, then it shifted down to 5

Hope that helps

That is awesome! Thanks. Yes, it does help. I like to step on it once in a while, but truth be told I drive very conservatively and don't stomp on it too much. The performance tunes are holding that fifth gear all the way up to 50 even when you are accelerating slowly, as an example, and I was hoping for a more conservative shift strategy.

Thank you!

Yep while coasting, I concur :)

On accelerating your %throttle and enrichment at a given load are very difficult to guess. It is not a linear relationship. I believe in Off Road mode it is.

On very light throttle application (accelerating) it will shift up from 5th to 6th at about 42-45mph.

That's great. My 93 performance tune won't shift into sixth until after 50mph no matter how light or heavy the throttle. Not saying that's wrong, but I don't like it unless I'm stepping on it, which it then behaves as expected (holds the shift longer).

I'm guessing if you step on it it will stay in third gear until 60 or so. I'll make a video of a WOT pull. Don't know the redline mph per gear. I need a proper data logger.

That's awesome. Thanks for doing that. You're not making it easy you know. The front camera is next on my mod list, but now the lights get pushed back to make way for an SVC tune. I need to try it for myself. I already have the SCT and 5Star tunes, so I can always switch it up if I need to, but I'm hoping to find A tune to stick with for daily driving.

Thanks for those videos. Very much appreciated.

I've had my tune for about a week now and I love it. Went from 5 Star 93 performance tune to this and it's amazing the difference. They are equal in power and acceleration, but the 5 Star tune was really kind of jerky and the shifting was a little weird. Initial throttle input with it was very abrupt and really just annoying, and if you drove at a constant 30mph, or 40mph, it didn't know what gear to be in. Plus when I would really get after the truck off-road with long periods of WOT I had two separate instances of limp mode.

The SVC tune shifts crisp, but not so hard it feels like the drive lines coming apart. WOT downshifts also aren't clunky anymore like they were with my previous tunes. Plus it doesn't search for gears constantly. It picks the higher gear for just cruising and sticks with it until you apply heavy, abrupt throttle. Plus, in the 2000 or so miles I have on it, I went from 11.8 to 12.7. And that's with 4wd and dirt every day.

Definitely worth the $. They did their homework with this one!
