That was me...I liked it and whoah what a difference, but honestly unless I had an AWD truck like my old Sierra Denali, you needed to be at the drag strip to really need/want those shifts. The truck would constantly blow out the tires at every intersection and the shifts would slam you b/c the engine torque management was basically gone. I kept the 93 tune installed, but went back to stock shifts and it's been mint.

Maybe I should have Mike set me up with something inbetween on the shifts.

Also FWIW, when I go to my place in Northern NH they only have 91 so I am blending, and have yet to hear or feel an issue.

I do have to say I have seen Jeff replying on this thread left and right, but when I DID have questions and tried to call that was not smooth, so I went to email and some times I had to RESEND the email before I got an answer from Mike and the way the answer was constructed was not so much disrespectful, but it certainly came across as condescending and just not friendly...like he was NOT glad to reply/help. I understand busy, and I understand guys that LIVE and BREATHE this stuff might thing one of MY questions is stupid or beneath them, but without us...they are not in business.
Yea I hear ya on that. I was never asked by Mike what the problems were with my tunes (this is going back to my ecoboost - the raptor i never heard back on). He would simply imply that the tune was loaded wrong or my truck was having issues outside if his tune. Never once did he say "hey let's try adjusting it". Jeff on the other hand had gotten emails from me the for first few weeks after receiving the SVC tune and was more than accomodating. He was also extremely fast to get me revisions. He also followed up just to see how things were. That level of service is what makes me not only recommend them as a tune to those that ask, but also as a company for those that are looking for performance parts. I have about 10 tunes loaded on my tuner...SVCs is the only one I'll run.

Stupid question...can my Tuner...the one I have the 5* tunes on...also handle simultaneously having an SVC set of tunes or is there not enough memory for both...

No such thing as a stupid question, that's what a forum is for. I have the Livewire and it holds both SVC and 5* tunes along with revisions. Once you load the SVC it will disable preloaded canned tunes.

How many tunes do you get from SVC for $250? Already have SCT tuner, just need the tunes.

I have various 5STAR tunes, but not happy with the shifting, Mike says don't mess with it, so I won't, switching instead.

That is the #1 answer from Mike at 5Star I have gotten...and I cannot stand ambiguous canned answers...

SVC is one tune and can be adjusted to your liking. Just reach out to Jeff and he can get you setup.

Transfered post to The Tune by SVC thread, I would delete this post but don't know how to. I meant to post it to the other thread. If a moderator can delete this post please do so. Thanks

HI Bosssho

If you want me to revise your tune give me a call or email me.
I will do want i can to make the tune a better daily driver for you.

We have also launched a new daily street tune that will give you the most performance and the best possible shifts.

Now as for longevity of your raptor running the perf tune we haven't had any trans or engine issues from beginning. We stay within fords limits and DO NOT push beyond them.

I apologize for any inconvenience you have had.

Thanks, Jacob
