That area looks very familiar to the spot we slid off. I remember looking back and seeing the mile long line of Raptors behind us..

It does look pretty similar.

I think Ms. MI Raptor took this:

And another that shows you being squatting dog, draggin that tail in the snow. I think this is right after I pulled you out.

It was really funny watching you climb out the passenger side.

I'm thinking i should get a hi lift...just dont know which one

If ya get a hi-lift just do yourself a favor and get the long one 60". It really helps. Also go ahead and get the extreme, it comes with some extra attachment points to use it as a come-a-long and is made from a bit higher strength steel. I personally carry the extreme 48" hi-lift and some accessories to help lift in various conditions.

What accessories are good to get? I've heard that's the rub with the hi-lifts they they come with nothing.

Tow strap and shackles served us fine last year, quick and easy

As for the hi lift, the best accessory is knowing how to use it before being on the trail  lol The lift mate is a nice idea, have yet to use mine though. The base plate wasn't much help for me this summer as it kept sliding out of it. I bought a couple extra keepers too for the mount, just cut them in half.

Sit down is right, the best accessory is knowing how to safely use the hi-lift. It was not as intuitive as I thought it would be but it is quite easy once ya get the hang of it. As for the other accessories. I have quite a few that come in handy. You do need a good length of chain to make sure I works as a come-a-long. The base was only useful in soft ground.
