Wait. Your truck made 334/352 with headers and full exhaust? I get that the truck hasn't been tuned yet but that doesn't seem right. I put my truck on the Dynojet at my buddy's shop. It made 336/343 right off the freeway... no fan, no cool down. Your new exhaust must have really thrown the stock tune for a loop.

I assumed that you dyno'd the truck in 3rd gear as well...
Yes, dyno'd in 3rd. I just did 3 quick pulls on the dyno to see what it would say. I thought it would be a bit higher but I wasn't going to spend hours there arguing with the machine. There were also SAE numbers that accounted for the environmental factors but none of it matters until I install the tune, I only did it for fun.

Dyno numbers are all over the place anyway. I've heard stock HP claims from 320 to 340 and usually people only post the highest or lowest numbers to suit their story.

I'll do a proper dyno and tune next week and I'll post all the information.

Gotcha. I have yet to get back to the dyno after my tune. I'm sure you'll see sizeable gains once the tune ties everything together. Your truck is probably confused right now. With all the new parts, the computer probably doesn't know which way is up.

Garage opener, Carbon Firber and HIDs

So this week has been busy. Installed Cribclicker garage opener and hooked it up to #4 aux switch (F Homelink). The transmitter is hooked up under the hood and the receiver is attached to the opener. Now my garage opens with 2 quick flips of my #4 aux switch. Also, added the Retro Solutions HID kit. Man, what a difference. These things should have come from the factory like this. Today, I did the center dash and shifter plate in carbon fiber fabric. It's called Neffy Wrap and the look and feel is amazing. Much better than a vinyl sticker type wrap. It is a bit tricky and once you put the adhesive on there is no turning back. Luckily they give you plenty of fabric in the kit.

Supercharger is about to go in

Got the parts spread out and it looks like everything is there. Hopefully, we don't get mostly done and find out a screw is missing.

^^^ That looks like a fun project. I've had good luck with Procharger in the past. Everything went together smoothly, hopefully yours does the same.

Good to hear that Pirate. A lot of good and bad info out there. I figured that the supercharger in this package has been around for a while and the kit was adapted for the 6.2 engine. I'm hoping this makes for a easy install.
