Word on the street is that one of the "other" trucks equipped with one of the "other" 3.0 shock brands had a major failure down in MX, why didn't you post about that? Oh that's right...only have to look a few posts up for that answer.

Off to take the ICONs off my truck now....not.

:troll3:

Wheres the info on it? I'd like to see what happened. And I'd like to hear about this icon that blew too

Matt,

Can you tell us more about what happened in MX?

Saw this Icon blow its load

Wow... Expected more from you, Gordon.

I've seen, but not posted pics of:

- YOUR truck with National Springs so sacked it was riding on the bump stops

- 2 bent RPG kits at Connors shop, pulled off trucks that switched to Outlaws kit

- National Springs sacked and "W" shaped on Greg McManus truck

- Broken upper shock mount when testing a set of Fox 3.0's

- Bypass tube broken off rear Fox 3.0 shocks because of poor location on shock

I also hear about Dylan in the Icon truck, passing the RPG truck on a huge set of whoops... Did you hear that?

There's professional courtesy, and then there's dirty laundry that people usually just don't post because they know better... But if people want to start playing ****-**** games, we can play along.

Is that what RPG/Fox/E63 want?

I'd sure like to see some of this truck bashing, where is the video? I'm sure these shocks mounts aren't blowing off by hitting a frozen ****.

I have some GREAT footage for editing we just shot over the past 2 days.

12-18" whoops, at 80 MPH sound like a good time? No joke... It's incredible.

Will all be posted when I'm back home and can put it together. Still in Mexico until Tuesday.

The truck with a "blown shock" is only a 50 cent o-ring on the adjuster knob that was leaking. This was after multiple passes at 80 mph on a road most people would not drive at 30 mph. If people want to start posting all the pics of failed parts and do away with professinal courtesy, game on. Lets talk about this truck with the blown shock that passed the RPG truck at 80 plus as they were only doing 60 giving test rides. Not that it is relavent, the icon equipped truck was being driven by a very impressive girl driver, too!

Cut the BS... We're all better than sniping pics of any issue "X" brand shock has.

Personally I think it's good practice to release pics and details of failures so that consumers can understand the limitations of products.
