I tweeted tfl and offered my truck for a sneak peak prior to December.No response at all.

why would you try to circumvent and screw with ford's obvious plans to restrict press reviews till Dec?

The same could be said for people that bought Raptors with 5.4L engines. You bought a performance truck without a performance engine so you didn't get the complete package either.

Whoa hold up there a minute... while the 5.4 was not designed strictly as a performance engine, neither was the 6.2. Well I guess performance engine could be used relatively, but they are mass produced engines built with reliability, longevity with NVH in mind.
And to let you in on a little info the 5.4 has TONS of potential when built for a performance application. Hell the first and only year they allowed the modular engine in the Engine Masters Challenge it DOMINATED all the competition taking 1st, 2nd and 3rd place with only 3 entries. EMC immediately disqualified the continued use of the Ford modular platform in their challenges! #phuckyourls
Disclaimer, I'm not just a 5.4 only fanboy just saying this for that reason, because although I do really like the platform and have had many I do wish my Raptor had the 6.2. More so because the increased production means majority of all aftermarket parts are designed for that application, but it would still be nice to have it too.

It was just disappointing to me that they put a regular F150 engine in an SVT vehicle. Even though they did the same with the 6.2... it wasn't quite as disappointing because it made a little over 400HP, but they coulda/shoulda done a little more with that engine as well for an SVT vehicle.

Consider it over enthusiastic commentary. Certainly wouldn't want to screw w Ford PR plans. Just hope they don't cancel my order.

I like TFLtruck. Don't see how it could hurt. I wouldn't broadcast your VIN or your name and address though

LOL definitely not. That being said if I was in Baja or something on a wide open stretch it might be feasible. Thats not really the point, over 100 off road is extremely unlikely, but highway is another story. I will say the Titan does quite well off road at high speed. No Raptor obviously, but not bad.

Ford is just weighing the percentage of drivers that could handle a truck at high speeds on gravel roads or trails.

This new footage of the Raptor makes me wanting one again. I had a 2010 (yes with the 5.4L) and both my wife and I BOTH miss this truck since me selling it. Not exactly enough seats for the whole family but it is RARE that we need to take my vehicle. Wife has a minivan and I might just need to accept that long trips with the whole family we are taking that so I can drive a Raptor the rest of the time.
