Nobody will have their trucks before November, regardless of when they were built.

I think the truck sounds great.

I believe this truck will be awesome, drivetrain and tech wise. What wasn't so appealing was the quantities they plan on producing. I read an article that this will be in their regularly produced lineup and once they are past first year production they will be relatively easy to get. Making Gen1's go up (I believe) and hopefully price drops on the new Raptor after the first year due to quantity produced.

Time will tell..

The sound is not a deal breaker for me and the fan(s) do seem much louder than the current Raptor, which I find to be very loud on its highest speed.

Only real concern is how well cooling and turbos hold up with real-world consumer off-roading.
